Notice under Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972 is hereby given that a vacancy exists in the office of Town Councillor for the Kingsbridge East Ward of Kingsbridge Town Council.
For a by-election to be held to fill the vacancy, a request by TEN registered local government electors in Kingsbridge East Ward of Kingsbridge Town Council must be made, on or before 6th May 2026 to:

Totnes,
TQ9 5NE.
If an election is not requested, the Town Council will co-opt a person to fill the vacancy as soon as practicable.
